The Journal of Contemporary Research in the Built Environment (JOCREBE) is an interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing papers which advance knowledge on the practical and theoretical developments as well as original research work in all aspects of sustainable built environment, encompassing all capital projects including buildings, civil engineering as well as repair and maintenance of sustainable infrastructures.
That is the journal covers all aspects of science, technology, business and management concerned with the whole life cycle of the built environment, from the design phase through to construction, operation, performance, maintenance, conservation and its deterioration and demolition.

SAPIENTIA - Journal Of Philosophy
SAPIENTIA welcomes original research articles, however priority attention will be given to
articles devoted to Africa and African-related issues. Articles should adhere to the following:

Articles must conform to MLA style in referencing and bibliography.
– Manuscripts must be typed double-spaced and not more than 20 A4 pages using 12 font
size of Times New Roman.
