PROGRAMME OFFERED WITH ADMISSION REQUIREMENT
(a) DIPLOMA IN LAW (Part Time)

Admission Requirements:
A candidate for admission into Law Faculty of the University must possess at least Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or G.C.E. or NECO O’ Level with at least credit passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language and Literature in English, obtained at not more than two sittings. Such a candidate must have an acceptable pass in the Joint Matriculation Examination (JME) and the Aptitude Test organized by the University.
(c) Master’s degree LL.M in Law
Admission Requirement:
A candidate for admission into the Master’s programme in Law must have obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), 2nd Class Honours Lower Division from the University of Uyo, or any other Univerisity or Universities with a minimum Cummulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.75 and may be subjected to oral examination for purpose of admission.
(d) Doctorate Degree Ph.D in Law
A candidate for admission into the Doctoral programme in Law must have obtained the degree of Master of Law (LL.M) from the University of Uyo, or any other University or Universities with a minimum cummulative percentage score of 60 or B grade. Such candidate may be subjected to oral examination before admission.
